A collection of authentic reproductions in miniature, selected from colourful and notable
originals on display in museums and dockyards.
They are hand cast in resin and are available painted and mounted (as illustrated) or in kit
form (painting and some assembly required, full instructions provided).
Model heights vary between 90 and 130 mm.

1. H.M.S.Ajax. 74 gun 3rd.rate line of battle ship, launched at Blackwall in 1809. Original
figurehead on display at the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich. Height of model on
base 130mm.
2. H.M.S.Benbow. 72 gun 3rd.rate launched in 1813.Original at the Royal Naval Dockyard,
Portsmouth. Height of model on base 90mm.
3. H.M.S.Trafalgar. 120 gun 1st.rate, launched in 1841. Britains last wooden 1st.rate line
of battle ship. Original at the Royal Naval Dockyard, Portsmouth. Height of model 100mm.

4. H.M.S.Harlequin. A Brig-sloop launched at Penbroke Royal Dockyard in 1834. She carried
fourteen 32 pounders and two nine pounders. In the National Maritime Museum collection.
Height 110mm.
5. H.M.S.Cruizer. Sloop launched in 1852. a three masted ship of 20 guns, this figurehead
shows a ship`s rating wearing the newly introduced uniform, the 1st. designed for Royal
Navy ratings. Height 90mm.
6. H.M.S.Hibernia. 110 guns 1st.rate launched in 1804.Royal Naval Dockyard, Portsmouth.
Height of model 105mm.

7. H.M.S.Warrior. Launched in 1860, the world`s first iron-framed, iron-clad battleship.
8852 tons displacement and rated as a 40gun steam frigate. Warrior is now restored and
can be seen at the Royal Naval Dockyard, Portsmouth. Model height 130mm.
8. H.M.S.Conway. Originally the 1st.rate H.M.S.Nile launched in 1837, Conway was converted
to the Mercantile Marine Services Association Training Ship in 1875. She became a total
loss after running aground in 1953.The figurehead is now at the entrance to H.M.S.Nelson
at Portsmouth. Height 140mm.
9. Primos. A barque built at Sunderland in 1869 and wrecked on the Seven Stones Rocks in
1871.Now in the Valhalla Collection in the Scilly Isles. Height 120mm.

10. Hiawatha, iron-built in 1891 at Dumbarton, broken up in 1924. The Original figurehead
is now in the Cutty Sark Collection at Greenwich. Height 120mm.
11. Amphitrite. All that is known of the Amphitrite is that she was a barque. Figurehead
is in the Cutty Sark Collection. Height 100mm.
12. Bosphorus. This picturesque Mediterranian Corsair was the figurehead of a wooden
schooner built in 1849. Now in the Valhalla Collection. Height 100mm.

13.Sir Lancelot. Of uncertain origin this figurehead is now in the Cutty Sark Collection.

14. Arabella. An iron barque of 688 tons built at Sunderland in 1876, now in the Cutty
Sark Collection. Height 130mm.
15. Jester. Unknown ship. Figurehead discovered in the rigging loft at Devonport. Now in
the National Maritime Museum. Height 125mm.

16. Volunteer.The figurehead from a wooden coasting ketch built at Aberystwyth in 1861.
She foundered on the Culver Sands in the Bristol Channel in 1911. in the Valhalla
Collection. Height 120mm.
17. Cutwater Rose from an unknown ship this figurehead is unusual for being directly
carved on the billet-head of the vessel. In the Valhalla Collection. Model height 135mm.
18. Sea Lord. A Sunderland built “Blackwall Frigate” wrecked in 1842. The original is now
in the Altonaer Museum, Hamburg. Model height 110mm.
